Welcome! It is a joy to have you visiting the site. Oh, that more would show up to view and read about the goodness of God. You can easily help your friends and family experience God’s love and grace by referring them to the site.

“Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works and glorify your Father in heaven.” 1

Viewing God's mercy...

I'm surprised by how many write, unaware of aboundinglove.org. They've heard the testimony, read the books and are rejoicing, but desiring more. Wendy writes,

“I recently read two of your books and was thrilled to read that you are a born-again Christian. I heard some years ago that you got saved but wondered if it was for real. I came across your book Manson's Right-Hand Man and almost didn't read it; I'm so glad that I did! You have a thrilling testimony and a true example of pure Lord's saving grace. I am amazed at your knowledge of the Bible; it's invite you study a lot. I'm glad that the Lord is using you in prison ministry, sharing the Gospel of Jesus Christ with others. I wish that a program like '60 minutes' would do an interview with you so that others could see you are no longer the man you were 46 years ago. May the Lord continue to bless and use you on the work He has called you to do.”

See, Wendy was totally unware of the site. If the e-books she read caused her to rejoice, can you imagine how she is rejoicing now that she knows about the site? It can be this way for your friends and family when you let them know about the testimony. God will plant a seed of hope and joy in their lives and reward you.

“After all, what gives us hope enjoy, and what will be are proud reward in crown as we stand before our Lord Jesus when He returns, it is you! Yes, you are our pride and joy.” 2

The common bond that we share with others in Christ can be a source of great joy and encouragement as we continue growing and God's love and grace.

Many of my brochures are designed to reveal that God abounds in mercy toward us. Sometimes my infamous pass generates interest for the reader. At other times, it could do the exact opposite; so beware of the unmerciful. Remember,

“The Lord is compassionate and merciful, slow to get angry and filled with unfailing love. He will not constantly accuse us, nor remain angry forever. He does not punish us for all our sins; He does not deal harshly with us as we deserve. For His unfailing love toward those who fear Him is as great as the height of the heavens above the earth. He has removed our sins as far from us as the east is from the west.” 3

What Was I Thinking?

I've asked myself this question many times throughout many decades in prison. As God's love, grace and mercy lights up our hearts, you may be asking yourself the same question, while regretting your past sins and mistakes.

The point is that as a child of God, all our sins, mistakes and failures have already been judged and punished on the body of Jesus at the cross. The portion of Psalms 103 quoted above repeatedly stresses “The Lord is compassionate and merciful”, plus says it again another way, “... filled with unfailing love.

The Lord says, “He has removed our sins as far from us as the east is from the west.” This promise of unfailing love is toward those who fear Him. The word fear is defined by Jesus to mean “worship”, not being fearful. 4 It speaks of reverence and to honor God with our lives as believers in Jesus' blood and righteousness. "He does not punish us for all our sins; He does not deal harshly with us as we deserve."

Is there any wonder why I write so much about the love, grace and mercy of God after being forgiven for such horrific actions? My desire now is for everyone to experience His love because I know it is the only true way to be freed from past pains.

“Oh, that men [and women] would give thanks to the Lord for His goodness, in for His wonderful works to the children of men! He satisfies the longing soul, and fills the hungry soul with goodness.” 5

The Wages of Sin...

The consequences of my sin is life in prison, but spiritually my sin was placed on Jesus. Keep it the way it is for my son with His blood. He died in my place so I could be free from the damaging effects of guilt and shame.

More than likely, you've never killed anyone like I have, but have you lied, stolen, commit adultery, come it is, not kept the Sabbath, just wanted your parents, or false witness, to the Lord's name in vain or put things ahead of God? The Holy Bible called these the Ten Commandments, in which everyone has broken at least one. That makes us all sinners in need of our Savior, Jesus Christ.

“For the wages of sin is death, but the free gift of God is eternal life through Christ Jesus our Lord.” 6

Today, you can be free from the pain that guilt and shame has caused all these years. It may take a while for the tears to go away like it has me, but when you receive Jesus Christ through faith and God's mercy and grace, a new life of mental and emotional healing begins. Won't you receive him today?

A Prayer for You...

Father God, I love You. I come to You today and faith asking You to forgive my sins. Jesus, I believe in You, I believe You died on the cross for me, You shed your innocent blood for me, You took my place and all the punishment that I deserve. I believe You died and were buried in on the third day You rose from the dead. Death could not hold You. You have conquered Satan and taken the keys of hell and death away from him. I believe You did all of this for me because You love me. I want to be a Christian. I want to serve You all the days of my life. I want to learn how to live the new life that You have promised me. I receive You now, Jesus, and I give myself to You. Take me just the way I am, and make me what You want me to be.

Thank You Jesus for saving me. Fill me with Your Holy Spirit and teach me everything I need to know. Now I believe that I am saved, I have been born again, and I will go to heaven when I die. Father God, I am going to enjoy my journey and live for Your glory!
