YOU ARE LOVED…
My heart goes out to those of you who are not experiencing love of any kind. It could be that past hurt and rejection has robbed you from the awesome power of God’s healing love.
Because of your childhood, you may find it hard to accept love. I could have benefited from more hugs and kisses myself. By my teenage years, I felt that love was a physical need, not realizing love’s spiritual side. Though as a child I sang “Jesus loves me this I know”, I didn’t know real love – the God kind of love.
UNCONDITIONAL LOVE…
God’s love is different than human love. You are love no matter who you are and no matter what you have done. You are special, just because you were created in the image of God, according to Genesis 1:27, “So God created man in His own image, in the image of God created He him; male and female created He them.” You are also…”fearfully and wonderfully made…”2. Like Jeremiah, God knew you even before you were conceived. He said, “Before I found you in the belly I knew you.”3
You may be saying, “I don’t believe in God, creation, nor His love”, which is the reason you are not experiencing His loving presence. The apostle Paul wrote,
“… people who don’t have this Spirit can’t receive these truths from Gods’ Spirit. It all sounds foolish to them and they can’t understand it, for only those who are spiritual can understand what the Spirit means.”4
Regardless, you are loved and the Bible, which is God’s love letter to all of us, says so in John 3:16:
“For God so loved the world (you) that He gave His only begotten Son (Jesus), that whosoever (you) believes in Him should not perish (go to Hell), but have everlasting life (in Heaven).”
JESUS LOVES YOU…
Would you pause for a moment and ask God to reveal His love to you? Jesus loved you so much that He was willing to die a horrible death on the cross to pay for all you sins, just so you could go to Heaven some day to live Him forever!
Believe me, life is short, and I beg you to surrender you passing life to God for eternal life. The Bible tells us that God even proved His love for you in Romans 5:8:
“But God showed His great love for us by sending Christ to die for us while we were still sinners.”
He knows everything you have ever thought, everything you have ever said, even yo yourself, and everything you have every done. He knows all the decisions you have ever made and will ever make, whether right or wrong, and still you are loved.
Did you know that someone thought you were that special and that loved?
YOU ARE FORGIVEN…
God made provision for your forgiveness 2000 years ago at the cross. It is now your time to believe and receive God’s gift. You can be forgiven of anything and everything you have ever though, said, or done. If you will but ask Jesus into your heat to be your Savior, Lord and righteousness by acknowledging you are a sinner, and asking Him for forgiveness then you will forgiven of all your sins.
“If you confess your sins, He is faithful and just to forgive your sins, and to cleanse you from all unrighteousness.”5
Do you think you are too bad to be forgiven? If anyone would have thought that, it would have been me. But NO! You are not, unless you have consciously mocked the Holy Spirit of God, which is blasphemy (Matthew 12:32) or have taken the Mark of the Beast during the Great Tribulation to come (Revelation 14:9,10). We must understand that rejecting Christ and His salvation means damnation of our soul for eternity.
Eternity awaits us all. Heaven for those whose name is written in the Lamb’s Book of Life, and Hell for those who neglect the Savior’s Salvation. You can begin your walk with God by earnestly pouring your heart out to Jesus.
A Prayer For You...
“Lord, forgive me a sinner. Come into my heart and save my soul. I believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God and that He died on the cross to redeem me. I believe that He rose from the dead and now makes intercession for me at the right have of God (Romans 8:34) I believe that He is the only Mediator between God and man, and there is nothing I can do to save myself. Neither is there Salvation in any other name, by which I must be saved (Acts 4:12). The Blood of Jesus Christ purifies me from all sin. (1 John 1:7). I repent of my sins, and I turn from sin now, and I receive Jesus onto my heart as my Savior and Lord. I pray this prayer in Jesus’ Name. Amen.”
